These Terms of Service govern your use of the FurStyle website and your purchase of products from us through https://furstyle.co.za/.
By accessing or using our website, or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that you may have under applicable South African law.

All product prices displayed on the FurStyle website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to obvious pricing errors and applicable law.
Where applicable, delivery charges or other additional costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, except where permitted or required by law.
6. Orders
When you place an order through FurStyle, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you may receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that FurStyle has accepted the order where further verification is reasonably required.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- Payment cannot be successfully processed; or
- We are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
FurStyle does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies governing their services.
8. Delivery
We will provide applicable delivery information during the checkout process or otherwise as required by law.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your delivery address;
- Product availability;
- Courier operations;
- Public holidays;
- Weather or other events outside our reasonable control; and
- Other circumstances affecting delivery.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that orders are dispatched and delivered within the applicable period communicated to you.
Where a delivery period has been agreed and FurStyle fails to fulfil the order within the applicable period, your rights will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
9. Risk and Ownership
Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, ownership of purchased goods will pass to the customer once the full purchase price has been received.
Risk in the goods will pass in accordance with applicable South African law.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

FurStyle respects all applicable consumer rights under South African law, including rights arising under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
For qualifying electronic transactions, ECTA provides a seven-day cooling-off right, subject to the statutory exclusions.
Where goods are defective or otherwise fail to meet applicable statutory quality requirements, consumers may have additional remedies under the CPA.
Nothing in our policies or Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer right.
11. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at:

We will assess the matter and provide the applicable remedy in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and South African consumer-protection legislation.
12. Electronic Communications
When you place an order or contact FurStyle electronically, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us relating to your order, account, enquiries and other transactions.
You agree that electronic communications, including emails and electronic records, may satisfy legal requirements for written communications where permitted by applicable law.
ECTA specifically regulates electronic transactions and requires online suppliers to make prescribed transaction information available to consumers.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, FurStyle may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Only one promotional code may be used per order;
- Promotions may have specific terms and expiry dates;
- Promotional offers are subject to availability; and
- FurStyle reserves the right to correct obvious errors or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Promotional terms will not override any mandatory consumer rights.
