Shipping Policy

FurStyle

1. Delivery Area

FurStyle currently delivers nationwide within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major areas: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying or remote areas: Delivery may take longer due to courier routing and accessibility

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: R99 per order
  • Free shipping: Orders with a total value exceeding R1000 qualify for free delivery

Shipping fees are calculated per order and displayed at checkout.


4. Courier Partner

All orders are shipped exclusively via Aramex.


5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed before dispatch as follows:

  • Off-peak seasons: 1–2 business days
  • Peak seasons (e.g. promotions, holidays): 1–5 business days

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
This tracking number can be used to monitor your shipment directly on the Aramex website [https://storetodoor.aramex.co.za/Home/TrackShipment]


7. Delivery Address Requirements

  • We deliver only to physical business or residential addresses
  • PO Boxes, locker services, and virtual addresses are not supported
  • The customer must be able to physically receive the delivery at the provided address

No signature is required upon delivery.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

FurStyle will not be held liable for delayed, lost, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Any additional delivery or re-delivery costs arising from address errors will be charged to the customer.


9. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or access issues:

  • The parcel may be returned to the courier or sender
  • Re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account

10. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.


11. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, FurStyle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, or natural events.
